Markus is an accomplished business development professional and entrepreneur with extensive experience in driving growth and businesses in Asia. With a strong focus on digital service development and marketing, Markus has played pivotal roles in leading organizations across various industries.

Markus is passionate about proactively expanding his clients and his own customer base and values an excellent customer first and customer service approach. Solutions and the development of solutions for clients are his focus.

He served as a Business Development Partner and Key Accounts Manager Luther Law / Corporate Services Singapore and developed key client relationships and expanded business opportunities while driving digital service development and marketing initiatives.

Until now Markus is active director of Plusconcept and has been instrumental in developing clients' businesses through market research and analytics. His expertise spans multiple sectors, including machinery, fintech/regtech, defence technology, and SAAS. Markus has successfully built B2B and B2C sales channels throughout the Asia-Pacific region, establishing a strong presence and driving revenue growth. Under Plusconcept Markus created and scaled of the highly successful SAAS platform, MYPOSTE. His digital marketing and lead generation strategies contributed to the platform's success and played a vital role in acquiring and retaining over 1000 customers.

Asides from APAC Markus developed, restructured and developed business in China for German MNCs. His background is a Master of Business Administration with International Marketing and Asian Business focus. Markus (高波) also studied at Xiamen University in China.
